I hope everyone is excited as I am to broaden your knowledge on human emotions. We all have them, some just feel emotions more strongly than others. For some, emotions may be frightening. Dealing with these feelings in a helpful, not hurtful manner can be difficult. I have struggled with feeling emotions to the fullest in my life for as long as I can remember. If I am happy, I'm REALLY happy, but if I start to feel down, I feel REALLY upset. It is important to know how you are feeling and how to relate to how others are feeling, or to be empathetic.
I will be searching the internet to find out what the best ways to deal with the things you are feeling, and what certain emotions may mean for different people. I really hope the information I post on this blog helps you with your own feelings or maybe just teaches you things you may have not known in the past!
